Tofu chocolate cake

Yes, it’s a correct post name. Nope, it’s not a joke. There are still unexplored depths of possibilities when one wants to pretend her cakes are totally, but totally, healthy.

For a totally moist and cocoa-ty (gluten and dairy free) cake you need:
1 brick of silken tofu
1 cup … (fill in the plant) milk you like to use
Whisk these together and add gently:
2 cups flour you like to use (rice, buckwheat, millet, soy)
1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
2 large tsp of honey (or another sweetener)
1 tsp baking powder

Baking time 45 minutes by 170°C.

About atreewalker

It was a warm spring morning in the olive grove. The breeze was gentle, the air was fragrant, the time stood still. High grass, sprinkled with colourful small-headed flowers, was gently tickling my knees. Poppies were about to splash their intense red on the antic ruins. 'Look how beautiful it is all over', I whispered to the olive trees, 'a perfect time for a stroll.' I slipped my fingers into the open palms at the end of their branches and I took them for a walk.
