A l’indienne

Un repas indien pour commencer en douceur mon séjour en Slovaquie.
A la base: des courgettes à volonté (plus il y en a, plus il y a de la chance que le résultat soit juteux), du pois chiche et de la quinoa.
J’ai suivi cette recette-ci.
D’après mon expérience il est bon de garder un peu de liquide dans la quinoa après l’avoir écarter du feu, pour que le repas soit bien juteux.
